CELEBRATE – EMPOWER – LISTEN – EXPRESS

• Offer great opportunities to express and celebrate the follower’s role
• Develop leaders competences in creating movements and spaces based on the partnership and connexion inherent to our dance
• Provide a medium for the expression, celebration, empowerment and development and of Woman’s place in our swing dance community

We want to create spaces to develop the individuality of all people who want to invest the role of follow. The goal is to define and express their identity as jazz, solo and couple dancers, socially applicable and performance-oriented, all in an engaging and entertaining context based on inclusivity and more egalitarian relationships. .

We hope to achieve these directions while considering the realities that women face specifically in our community, as well as raising awareness of how men can complement, understand, celebrate and support them.
